We require 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. You cannot go into the app with less than 24 hours notice and cancel. You will be expected to pay in full for a missed appointment.

Please do not attend more than 5 minutes before your appointment 

Please do not bring any kids that are not having a haircut we are not a crèche 

Please do not bring your girlfriend with you to hold your hand or to start getting involved in what haircut you're having. Be brave and come alone.
